Anyone ever watched this movie? It´s trully a badass action movie, though in my opinion the antagonist is just too overpowered and it´s never explained how he ever got those psychic powers, I mean yeah a telepatic kid destroys his bike and hurts him when he almost ran over him, but that´s not an explanation.
